What we offer:
Following a short meeting with one of our training executives, an individual induction programme consisting of attendance to our open programmes supplemented by one-to-one coaching where needed will be provided.
We offer induction programmes for:
- Newly appointed front-line or office-based staff
- Employees newly recruited to a supervisory/management role
- Newly appointed senior executives.
All induction programmes are custom-made to the needs of the individual and the organisation. All courses will support the newly required knowledge and skills for the new role, however a full Personal Development Plan will be developed to promote continued learning and development.

The ultimate objective of a Training Needs Analysis exercise is to result in an accurate description per individual of exactly what type of learning needs they have and to propose a suitable learning and development intervention to fill the identified learning gap.
